PAYMENT
Payments are processed in PayPal. All major debit and credit cards are accepted, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction.
We do not accept cheque payments.
DELIVERY
All our products are carefully wrapped in robust, plastic free packaging to make sure they reach you in pristine condition. Your order will usually be dispatched within 7 working days of payment. Postage is calculated for you at the checkout. We are currently not offering international shipping at this time.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your HwawonCho products. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement. Returns and refunds are generally not accepted. However, if you need to return your order for any other reason, you may be eligible for a full refund (minus postage) with prior agreement from us. The item must be returned in its original, saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please return items in their original packaging, include the reason for the return, and specify whether you prefer a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your delivery is delayed or goes missing, please contact us to obtain your tracking number so you can locate it through Royal Mail.
